We all know that body and soul are one, but how often do we take care of that unity? In Sätra Brunn we offer a rich variety of activities where you and your group can work with your bodies in order to also gain access to the mind and soul.

Relaxation maximum 20 people

An experienced leader guides you in both physical and mental relaxation. Can be done during a break in the conference room or in the Pool House.

Group Massage maximum 20 people

1 hour
You work in a group and in pairs you learn and practice a light Massage for neck and back - you both give and receive! Can also be done in your Conference Room during a break.

Gym Instruction maximum 15 people

1 hour
Gym training in a group with our instructor using our fully equipped Gym.


Boxing maximum 18 people

A fun and energizing workout where you work in pairs and use boxing gloves and Mitz and excercise the whole body! 

Water Aerobics maximum 22 people

Water aerobics in our 34- degree Pool is extra beneficial for your body. The class is adapted to the ability of the group and indiviual.

Water Class - Ai Chi

2 900:-

A soft and slow excercise for body and soul, soft movements with calm music and the waters resistance as your training ground.

Pilates

3 200:-

A slow class that aims to create balance between strength and flexibitiy. Gentle and efficient training.

Body & Mind- class maximum 20 people

Qi Gong - 1000-year old chinese excercise where you distribute and gather energy with the aid of harmonic movement. 

Tai Chi

1 hour

Tai Chi is an ancient chinese movement practice that was initially used to practice self defence. During the last centuries the movements have become more and more meditative.

Yoga

Unite Body and Soul Concentration and breathing where you learn to stretch the body and gain mental relaxation at the same time.

Hot Tubs

Wonderful outside bath in our Hot Tubs. They are located at the edge of the forest next to our Spa. 75 minutes Bath in wood-heated wooden Tubs right under the sky is a magic experience. We have 2 Hot Tubs that take 6 people/tub. Loan of towel included. Add refreshments or snacks.
