Traditional Christmas Buffet

The Christmas Buffet has a long tradition in Sweden and Sätra Brunn has offered one that is well-known by people from near or far. Our Buffet is very fresh and full of variety. There are lots of delicious alternatives also for vegetarians. .

We focus on organic and locally produced ingredients. We make our own "pickled" herrings and salmon. Our homemade Patées are enhanced with organic spices. We make the Chocolate Truffles ourselves. Among other things.
