When do I need to check out?
Tue-Fri at 10 am,10.00, Saturdays at 11 am, 11.00 and Sundays at 2 pm, 14.00

Are children allowed in the Pool?
Children are of course welcome to bathe in the pool. We have special times in the weekends when children under 16 are welcome. Saturdays 9.30 -11 am (09.30-11.00), 2 - 4 pm(14.00-16.00) and Sundays 9.30 -11 am (09.30-11.00)

When is Afternoon Tea on Fridays and Saturdays served?
From 3-4.30 pm (15.00-16.30)

When is dinner served?
We have sessions between 6 and 8.30 pm (18.00 and 20.30). You can book your time for dinner when booking or on arrival.

When is Lunch served?
Tue-Fri between 11.30 am and 2 pm (11.30-14.00)
Sat-Sun between 12 am - 2 pm (12.00-14.00)

Can I bring my dog to stay at Sätra Brunn?
Yes, dogs are welcome in all the Hostel rooms "Brunnslogi" and in some Hotel rooms "Skogsgården". Added cost is 200 SEK and includes blanket and dog treats.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, in the Hotel there is. If you are staying in the Hostel you can borrow one from Reception.

How late can I cancel my booking without a charge?
For individuals you can cancel up to 1 day in advance without a charge. Applies to food, accommodation and treatments. For corporations, groups and conferences, other cancellation terms apply. Contact Bookings, telephone +46-224-546 10 for more information.
